I am a repeat customer and Preggie Pops are the only thing that works for me. How many Preggie Pops can I eat a day?

The limit as to how many Preggie Pops can be consumed in a day is really an individual call.

There is no known danger limit, as all ingredients are food quality and natural products; however, use your common sense. If you are pregnant, (some of our customers are on chemo or have motion sickness), you will need to include vitamin, mineral and fiber sources in your allotment of daily carbohydrate calories. Preggie Pops have about 40 calories each. If you are on an 1800 calorie diet and had 45% of your calories allocated as carbohydrates this would be about 800 calories a day for the carbohydrate budget. Included in this allotment I'm expecting your healthcare provider would want you to have mostly whole grains, starchy vegetables and fruits.

We always recommend you ask your healthcare provider, or dietitian, the same question you asked us, because we do not know your individual health history. Some women have special concerns, such as gestational diabetes, and each special health concern will require the answer to be individualized.

Some women have reported eating as many as 6 pops a day which would still leave room for some other high quality foods.
